Co-Ed All Fitness Levels Boot Camp: Co-Ed All Fitness Levels at 5:45am and 7am takes place at the Walnut Beach Resort in Osoyoos. This program is for All Fitness Levels and is a GREAT way to get a "jumpstart" or to Challenge your Body to the next level and reach all your fitness goals! You will experience a variety of different exercises each and every day. No one will be left behind and everyone is challenged to their fullest. Mari-Ann Pioneered the Fitness Boot Camp Industry in Canada and has personally trained everyone from really out of Shape to Ironman athletes in her boot camp program as well as all ages from 12-67!
