Women All Fitness Levels - Get Fit Format: This program is recommended for All Fitness Levels. No one gets left behind!! You will be challenged with Optional movements from easy to advanced, so you can challenge your body to new heights and the next level. We welcome anyone from really out of shape to the Ironman athlete. Everyone works at their level and no one is asked to do anything they are not able to do. The class is done in a supportive, hands-on environment with an emphasis on education, proper technique and form. Our classes are varied and fun! You will be introduced to different equipment, plyometrics, sports specific movements, weight training, resistance training as well as speed, agility and quickness training to improve and challenge your athletic abilities. The rest is a surprise! Mari-Ann personally coaches the program and you get LOTS of personal attention and hands-on. B.C.Adventure Boot Camp offers a highly customizable approach and have had everyone from Iron man athletes, hockey players, RCMP and Firefighters as well as "coach potatoes" in this program. Everyone has completed successfully and have been challenged personally and professionally during their boot camp experience.This program is a must if you are looking to improve your athletic ability, get leaned up, looking and feeling great! We HIGHLY recommend that you do 4 days in this program to ensure proper cross training and muscle balance as well as to ensure your optimum results and to experience the Ultimate Boot Camp Challenge!Whether you are a Business Executive, a Busy Career Professional,a couch potato, a mom, an Athlete or someone training for an event. Co-Ed All Fitness Levels Boot Camp: Co-Ed All Fitness Levels at 6:45am takes place in Harris Road Park in Pitt Meadows. This program is for All Fitness Levels and is a GREAT way to get a "jumpstart". The program is ran in the same spirit as our early morning program. You will experience a variety of different exercises each and every day. No one will be left behind and everyone is challenged to their fullest.
