Co-Ed All Fitness Levels Boot Camp: Co-Ed All Fitness Levels at 6:45am takes place in Osoyoos. I am currently running ONLY ONE Boot Camp at 6am! This program is for All Fitness Levels and is a GREAT way to get a "jumpstart". The program is ran in the same spirit as our early morning program. You will experience a variety of different exercises each and every day. No one will be left behind and everyone is challenged to their fullest.
